PayEscape worked closely with UA92 during their implementation phase to ensure all data was updated and on-boarded correctly. Our implementation team provided comprehensive training and supported UA92 through their on-boarding and during their parallel and first pay runs. UA92 quickly became confident in using our software to submit their payroll for our back oce checking processes.
Our CIPP certified team is always on hand to support UA92, from support with adding new starters to compliance or legislation enquiries. Beyond Payroll
Employee Self Service (EES)
Each employee has access to their own secure cloud based portal, Employee Self Service (ESS) and here they can access their payslips, P60’s or P45’s online. In addition, and to save further double entry of information each employee has the ability to change their address and bank details within ESS which means that UA92’s finance team can save even more time and resource.
