PayEscape worked closely with Northern Ireland Screen during their implementation to ensure all data was transferred from their on-premises solution to PayEscape’s software. Our cloud-based software provides anytime, anywhere access for Northern Ireland Screens finance team to their payroll data. Coupled with detailed reporting our solution has reduced administration and drives effciency for Northern Ireland Screen.
Our implementation team provided comprehensive training and supported Northern Ireland Screen through their on-boarding and during their parallel and first pay runs. We will also provide additional training as and when required, for example when new members join their finance team, ensuring maximum return on their services.
Our CIPP certified team is always on hand to support Northern Ireland Screen, from support with adding new starters to compliance or legislation enquiries. Employee Self Service (EES)
Each employee has access to their own secure cloud-based portal, Employee Self Service (ESS) and here they can access their payslips, P60’s or P45’s online. In addition, and to save further double entry of information each employee can change their address and bank details within ESS which means that Northern Ireland Screens finance team can save even more time and resource.
